Graduate Program Application Instructions

STEP ONE

Complete the IUPUI Online Application: Please be sure to complete the Statement of Purpose regarding your goals and plans for your professional career in the on-line application. An application fee will be charged which may be paid by credit or debit card. Complete the IUPUI Graduate Student Application Now.

STEP TWO

Mail the following to the Department of Computer & Information Science:

  1. Transcripts: One original copy of the official transcript(s) of all previous university work is required (with English translation). All degrees awarded should be documented. A list of university courses and their titles which do not appear on the transcript(s) should also be sent to us.

  2. Letters of Recommendation: We require three letters of recommendation from people familiar with you and your student and/or professional career.
  3. Test Scores: GRE and/or English language profeciency scores, if appropriate.

  4. Financial statement (International Students Only): The form can be obtained at http://iapply.iupui.edu/graduate/#finaid

  5. Computer Science Application Form 1 and Form 2 (Ph.D. Applicants Only)
