Where Do I Find Web Graphics?

Graphics are my favorite part of the web and frankly they are what can make your page look like a work of art or a class page. (joke) You can do many things with color and formatting to help your page, but graphics can really make it shine.

For example, check out a site I made for my friend's wedding www.bloomington.in.us/~mlion/wedding.html. ALSO NOTE that I thanked the creator of the graphics and linked back to her site. I also had asked her permission to use the graphics.

Below are some of my favorite free graphics sites. I found them when I took this class.

Images Banners - Buttons - Backgrounds
IMPORTANT! IMPORTANT! IMPORTANT!

Remember my talk about crediting your sources? Well now's your chance to prove you understood. You MUST credit your sources on your work for this class. If I find a graphic that is not credited - and YES you may credit yourself IF you made it - then I will deduct points! No kidding. Better points deducted and lesson learned now than law suit later.

Special thanks to Leanne Burrow, Andy Harris, Bob Molnar, Paula Trefun, and Jennifer Stewart for their input, inspiration, content, code, lessons, and giving me the opportunity to boldly going where I have never gone before. Thanks! - Margaret Lion
